• Arizona is Mountain Standard Time, which is 2 hours behind Eastern Standard Time
• Ensure you have looked into your cell phone plan for calls, texting and data in the US
• This is a retreat geared to those 18 years of age and older
• Detailed itinerary of the retreat will be sent out once deposits have been made
• B&B value can only be honored with full commitment to retreat participation

Payments and Deposits:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your room and secure your spot
• Accepted Payment Methods: MasterCard, Visa, PayPal
• Full payment/final payment is due 2 weeks (June 30, 2016) prior to the retreat
• Please note there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness

Cancellation Policy:
*If you cancel the retreat

• Up to 30 days (June 14, 2016) prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive a refund of 50% of your payments
• Less than 2 weeks (June 30, 2016) prior to the start of the retreat, no refunds or credit will be given

*If we cancel the retreat

• You will be refunded the full amount of all payments you have made, excluding airfare or other incurred travel costs
